Mama Bliss Baby Yoga

INFO: Baby Yoga courses will help strengthen your baby’s bones and muscle tone and develop co-ordination and sensory-motor skills. Plus there are gentle stretches to help you get back in shape. Over a six-week course of classes you will learn a series of structured baby yoga moves to help foster your baby’s development. Sessions begin with gentle ‘MamaStretch’ postnatal exercises and end with a beautiful ‘MamaChill’ relaxation and mindfulness session to give you the self-care and nurturing that you deserve.

INFO: Baby Massage courses will aid relaxation and digestion, help relieve colic and help your baby to sleep. Over a six-week course of classes you will learn to massage your baby from head to toe. The course includes detailed hand-outs to support the massage. We also set aside some special time for ‘MamaChat’ discussions and articles on a variety of parenting topics. Our focus is as much on you as your baby.

Corby Gymnastics

AGE: Gym Fun Toddler and parent (from walking) 9:30-10:30am.
INFO: Accompanied by an adult, your child can explore imaginative set-ups and circuits under the guidance of our qualified coaches who will encourage the development of co-ordination, motor and social skills in a fun-filled environment. In order for all participants to maintain a safe distance, the sessions will operate using a one-way system around the gym.
AGE: Structured Pre-School 10:45am-11:45aM.
INFO: Our structured sessions are aimed towards children 2 ½ to 3yrs old and are coach led with activities designed to challenge physical, mental and social skills in a safe setting using all the equipment. As part of our COVID-19 operational plan, our coaches will not be offering hands on support to any of our gymnasts.
